Many years ago Sher experienced yoga as a journey of healing, transformation and connection. The desire to share what she had felt became a necessity to teach.
After completing her 200 hour training Sher has continued studying, gaining qualifications in anatomy and biodynamics, Yin yoga and Movement as medicine.
With a background in Art therapy, holistic healing and as a mother to two young women, teaching yoga unites her skills and passion, creating safe space for everyone in which to explore, recover and embrace their divine inner radiance.
Sher offers heart-led Hatha flow classes, Women’s Circle Yoga, monthly Yin circles, office yoga sessions and her beautifully crafted Modern Goddess retreats.

Sher teaches classes in Brighton and Hove which include: traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow, Meditation, Pranayama (breath work) and Yin Yoga, always finishing with a lovely long Savasana (relaxation).
Classes are suitable for all abilities and beginners are always welcome.
